Everyone needs friends, and the Highland Township Library is no exception.  For more than 20 years the Friends have provided consistent support to the library, raising money in order to fund services such as children's programs and the Summer Reading Clubs.  The Friends have provided the seed money for our collections of DVDs, Books-on-CD, LeapPads, Video Games and Playaways.  We couldn't do it without our Friends!

Friends meetings are held second Tuesdays of every other month at 7:00pm.  Upcoming dates are:

Friends BIG Book Sale Weekend

Saturday, April 20, 10:00am - 3:00pm

Join us for this huge book sale - we'll have our big Community Room as well as the Lower Level Group Study Room filled with books for you to browse and buy. If you're a Friends Member, come on Thursday evening to get first crack at the selection.  Friday and Saturday are open to all.   All funds help out the library, like funding our Summer Reading programs, so come find something great to read!
